چکیده
Niacin may cause evaporative thermolysis through cutaneous hyperemia, vasodilation, increased sweating rate and decreased skin temperature. It is antilipolytic can improve metabolic responses. Heat stress ameliorative effects of rumen protected niacin (RPN) supplementation in lactating Surti buffaloes during summer has been investigated present study. Fourteen were divided into two groups (Control-T1, N=7; RPN-T2, N=7). T2 group was supplemented with RPN 6 g/ animal/ day dose for 4 weeks. Meteorological, physiological, temperature parameters, milk yield composition recorded at weekly intervals. Hematological biochemical analytes analyzed week 1 4. physiological parameters RT, RR TT; (P≤0.05) surface temperature; TEC, Hb, HCT, LYM GRAN hematological profile; glucose cholesterol, triglyceride, NEFA BHB among metabolites GSH SOD LPO oxidative profile. fat. concluded that increases rate, reduces fat production.

متن کاملEffect of Supplementation of Rumen Protected Lysine and Methionine on Production Performance, Milk and Blood Parameters of Early Lactating Nili-Ravi Buffaloes
Milk production potential of buffaloes can be exploited through fulfilling nutritional requirements in terms of protein and energy. Two essential amino acids lysine (Lys) and methionine (Met) are limiting amino acids for optimum milk production in early lactation of these animals and are derived from dietary source. The objective of the present study was to analyze the effect of rumen protected...
متن کاملEffects of Rumen-Protected Methionine on Dairy Performance and Amino Acid Metabolism in Lactating Cows
Problem statement: Free Met as one of the most limiting AA in dairy cows would be mostly degraded in the rumen. This study was to determine the effect of different levels of RumenProtected Met (RPMet) on dairy performance and serum amino acid metabolism. Approach: Thirtysix Holstein cows in similar condition were randomly assigned to six experimental treatments with six replicates each. Levels ...

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of eucalyptus (E. Camaldulensis) crude oils (EuO) supplementation on voluntary feed intake and rumen fermentation characteristics in swamp buffaloes. Four rumen fistulated swamp buffaloes, body weight (BW) of 420±15.0 kg, were randomly assigned according to a 2×2 factorial arrangement in a 4×4 Latin square design. The dietary treatments were u...
